RealCast Corporation is currently looking for an inside
sales professional to generate leads and follow up
activities with potential clients. The Inside Sales
Representative (ISR) will initiate the sales process with
new prospects for RealCast Corporation services. Contact will be made
with business-to-business professionals. Candidates should
be comfortable moving past gatekeepers, speaking with
decision makers, and understand the process of selling over
the phone. ISR's will be expected to make at least 45 calls
per day to prospects and will be responsible for qualifying
each prospect, scheduling demonstrations for the sales team,
answering client questions, and offering solution based
service offerings. The ISR is responsible for documenting
detailed prospect information in the corporate database. The
ISR will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced
positive team environment.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years of
business-to-business inside sales experience and desire a
fast track to the Corporate Sales Representative position..
Spanish speaking candidate is preferable but not required.
The overall responsibilities of the ISR include:
- Schedule 50 appointments/demonstrations per month for
the Sales Team.
- Enter all discovered qualifying detail into the
corporate database.
- Work closely with aligned sales team to maximize
communications.
